Short Bio of Sanjay Nayak

Sanjay Nayak , is the Co-founder & CEO of Tejas Networks, Bangalore. Tejas is a pioneering telecom product company from India which has successfully grown to become the market leader in India and a global player in optical networking and packet products. Sanjay is a technocrat with over 25 years of experience ranging across Telecom, Networking and Electronic Design and Semiconductor industry- both in India as well as the US. Prior to founding Tejas Networks, Sanjay was Managing Director of Synopys India, a global leader in Electronic Design Automation.

Sanjay is well regarded thought leader in the Indian telecom and electronics industry and is sought after for his views on technology, innovation and entrepreneurship. He was awarded the "Electronics Man of the Year 2011", by India's leading electronics industry association, ELCINA. He is on the governing board of Government of India's Telecom Equipment and Software Export Promotion Council, was a Board member of Indian Semiconductor Association, is a member of the CII National Committee on ICTE, is a member of Karnataka ICT Group 2020, is a member of MOC-IT Working Group for Development of Innovation and IP in ESDM sector and is a Trustee of Deshpande Foundation for Social Entrepreneurship.

Sanjay has a M.S. degree in ECE from North Carolina State University and B.Sc (Engg) from Birla Institute of Technology Mesra, where he was the Gold Medalist of his graduating class.


Short Bio of Swami Krishnan

Swami Krishnan is VP and Head - Marketing at Sasken Communication Technologies wherein he looks at building go-to-market and communication strategies and Investor relations. Prior to his current position at Sasken, he was Chief Executive Officer at IFIM Business School; Corporate VP (Strategy and Business Development) at Tata Teleservices where he was in charge of Corporate strategy development. Swami got his B.E. from National Institue of Engineering, Mysore; Diploma, International Masters in Practicing Management - INSEAD; and MA (Management) from Lancaster University, UK. He is also pursuing his Executive Fellow Programme in Management at XLRI Jamshedpur.

E Manikandan , Head Partners and Alliances, Ramco Systems Executive with entrepreneurial and professional experience, with core expertise in Executive Leadership & Business Management in IT Industry. Manikandan lead Ramco’s Partnership and Alliances responsibility for India. With Ramco predominantly focused on cloud based business applications, Manikandan had build partnership with many non-conventional partners. Prior to Ramco Systems, Manikandan was CEO of Vitage Systems, In this assignment, Manikandan played pivotal role in building and establishing this entity. Manikandan holds engineering degree from Bangalore University.

Puneet specializes in mobile computing, wireless technologies and convergence of electronics, telecom and information technologies, is currently spearheading mobility research and product development at Infosys Labs. A prolific inventor and technology strategist, Puneet has been a lead inventor, in over sixty patents and patent filings and has over 100 publications to his credit. Previously, he has held system engineering and architecture responsibilities in Bell Labs, Lucent Technologies, where he was a key contributor to Lucent's 2nd and 3rd generation wireless technologies program.
