We would like to emphasize that all of the following must be ensured latest by December 2nd, 2011, in order for your paper to be included in the conference proceedings. No extensions will be given.

1. The recommended format must be used (see Formatting Instructions below).
2. All pdf files must pass the IEEE PDF eXpress Plus check. IEEE PDF eXpress PLUS is the final collection site for camera-ready papers for this conference (see Submission Instructions below).
3. The IEEE Copyright Form must be submitted by e-mail to [email protected] (see IEEE Copyright Form Instructions below).

Camera-ready version of papers must be submitted as PDF files. The recommended format must be used. Please use the Word / LaTeX templates given below.

Ensure the following:

• No pictures of the author or biographies appear anywhere in the manuscript
• Page number and volume of publication should not appear in camera ready
• The final manustrcipt does not exceed the following page limits. Maximum page limit includes all text, figures, tables, and references.
• For COMSNETS conference: 10 pages for full paper and 2 pages for poster
• For Workshops: 6 pages for full paper and 2 pages for demo/poster
• Also, an appropriate copyright notice is to appear on the bottom of the first page of each paper according to the guidelines set forth in the Cataloging/Copyright Instructions for an IEEE Conference Proceeding. A sample latex command (see the tex file in IEEEtran2.tar.gz) to achieve this is available in the latex template corresponding to Linux/Unix.
• For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is: U.S. Government work not protected by U.S. Copyright
• For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, and Australia), the copyright notice is: 978-1-4673-0298-2/12/$31.00 ©2012 Crown • For all other papers the copyright notice is: 978-1-4673-0298-2/12/$31.00 ©2012 IEEE. As an example, Latex users can add following lines just before \begin{document}: \IEEEoverridecommandlockouts

If your pdf file is not IEEE Xplore complaint, it will NOT be published and will be removed from the COMSNETS 2012 conference proceedings and the IEEE Xplore database. To meet these requirements, you must ensure that your PDF file is compliant by using the IEEE PDF express plus system. The same system will also collect the camera ready papers.

• Go to the IEEE PDF eXpress Plus login page.
• On this loging page, click on the link "New Users - Click here" and fill in your information. You will need the conference ID. This id is the same for both conference and workshop papers. The id is: comsnets2012xp
• Follow the procedure specified; once your PDF has been approved, click on Approve for Collection.
• Detailed instructions on how to use IEEE PDF eXpress Plus are available here.

Note  that IEEE PDF eXpress PLUS is the final collection site for camera-ready papers of both conference and workshop papers. The deadline for submission is December 02, 2011.
