Registration Fee Details
Important Notes
- The paper authors must register by the respective camera ready deadline (Main conference, Poster, Graduate forum, Workshops etc).
- At least one author per accepted paper (Main conference, Poster, Workshops, Demo) must register at the full rate, i.e., at Regular IEEE/ACM member rate, or at non-member rate (even if the author is a student).
- In case of accepted Graduation Forum papers (and no other accepted papers in any other tracks), the author can register at the IEEE/ACM Student Member (or Student Non-member) rate.
- Every paper (including poster papers and workshop papers) must have a FULL registration (not a student registration i.e a Regular IEEE/ACM/non-member).
- We can allow one registration for upto two papers (by the same set of authors). The third paper (whatever be the category) by the same author/s must be registered (therefore, this would be the second registration).

COMSNETS is pleased to announce a special incentive for bulk registrations. The following discounts can be availed:

| For registering 15 to 19 persons: | 20% |
| For registering 20 persons and above: | 25% |
How to avail these rates?
Write to the Registration Chair, Mrs. Chandrika Sridhar at [email protected] with the list of registrants. The amount can then be payed by cheque or bank transfer.
Note:
- Authors with accepted papers are not eligible for bulk registration since every paper MUST have one FULL registration
- Discounted registration applies only for the FULL registrations and NOT for student registrations.
