The COMSNETS 2026 Organizing Committee is pleased to announce the availability of travel grants to support attendance at COMSNETS 2026 (https://www.comsnets.org/) in Bengaluru, India, on January 6-10, 2026. These grants aim to facilitate domestic and international travel for students, particularly those from underrepresented geographies, communities, as well as students with accepted papers, posters, and demos. Graduate Student Forum participants and Student Volunteers are also eligible for local travel grants. Subject to funding, limited support may also be provided to non-author participants.

All awardees must register at full rates for the conference (and workshop, if attending) to qualify.

COMSNETS 2026 will provide partial travel support in the form of reimbursement. The reimbursements will be provided towards the end of the conference upon submission of original receipts and completion of the appropriate forms. The actual amount to be awarded will be determined based on available funds and will be announced to the travel grant awardees. A list of travel grant awardees will be posted on the conference website.

It is required for all travel-grant awardees to attend all the days of the conference and participate in all sessions. The awardees may also be requested to transcribe some of the sessions. The resulting summaries may be posted on the conference website, along with the names of the authors.

If you are keen to meet and interact with global experts, we strongly encourage you to apply for COMSNETS 2026 travel grants!
