Instructions for Camera-Ready Paper Submission
This year, papers have been accepted for presentation as either a short (10-minute podium) talk or a longer (20-minute podium) talk. Regardless of the presentation type, both short and long talks require an 8-page manuscript, with an allowance of up to 4 additional pages for references and appendices. The appendix may include supporting materials such as data collection details, content facilitating reproducibility, proofs, or pseudocode that could not be included in the main manuscript. For papers accepted with shepherding, the assigned shepherd will determine the presentation format (short or long talk) based on the final quality of the paper. To ensure alignment, please engage with your shepherd promptly.
Please note that camera-ready papers are due by November 15th, 2024 AoE. No extensions will be granted once the submission site closes, no exceptions. Papers not adhering to the specified format or with fewer than 7 fully completed pages will not be included in the proceedings. Additionally, all accepted papers must be presented in person, with each paper accompanied by at least one full registration.
We look forward to your contributions and participation at the conference!
