Live Interactions in the “Arena” [6th and 7th Jan, 2021, 2:30pm – 4:00pm]

Each poster has an individual space in the Arena section. Your poster booth is already prepared for the conference. It will have your pre-recorded video and presentation that anyone can view as they visit your booth. You will have tables available in your booth for live interaction with the audience. Table interactions are like video chat and you can share your screen, while explaining the poster. Feel free to visit other poster booths and network with folks.

Do note that the booths will be open for the entire duration of the main conference. However, presenters are expected to be present during the live interaction period on both the days. Please be seated at your booth’s table by 2:30pm on both days. During the rest of the time, you can visit the different events of the conference and can also periodically check your booth to see if anyone has posted any questions.

Do plan to attend the Keynote/invited talks, panel discussions and other technical sessions. We have made a strong technical program for the conference with distinguished speakers, please make the most of it. Finally, please do attend the award ceremony at the end of the main conference (8:30pm IST, Jan 8th, Fri).

We hope you will enjoy the conference. Looking forward to interacting with you during COMSNETS 2021.
