The Professor Ram Kumar COMSNETS Test-of-Time Award

Created by a generous donation by the Prof. Ram Kumar Memorial Foundation, the Professor Ram Kumar COMSNETS Test-of-Time Award will be given annually to a paper published in the International Conference on Communication Systems & Networks (COMSNETS).

Papers considered for this award must have been published at least 10 years prior to receiving the award (i.e., before and including COMSNETS 2011). Selection will be done by a committee of leaders in the field, appointed by the Executive Committee of the COMSNETS Association. Current committee members are ineligible to receive the award, but former committee members are eligible to receive the award.

Award winners receive a prize of USD $2,000 to attend and present an award talk at the COMSNETS Conference.
